Police are looking for a suspect wanted for a September 28 robbery at the Cross County Savings Bank on Eliot Avenue.
The suspect entered the bank just before 3 p.m., police said, and passed a note to the teller demanding money. The teller handed over an unknown amount of cash and the suspect fled, police said. No injuries were reported and police are still investigating.
The suspect is described as a white man between age 35 and 40, 6’ to 6’2” tall, of thin build and weighs 150 to 160 pounds. He was seen wearing thick glasses, a red wig, a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue cap with a “NY” logo, police said.
