1. What do you love about your job and why?
Most of my client base is comprised of smaller, privately-held companies, which allows me to have a connection to real people and families. This kind of personal business connection lets me act as a trusted advisor for their company and allows me to make a tangible difference in their lives.

2. What are your business goals over the next five years?
Since I have started leading the Manufacturing & Distribution industry niche at Grassi & Co., we have grown our revenues by 500 percent. It is my goal to double its current size over the next five years, making it a premiere service group of the firm while adding to our team and better serving our clients.

3. How do you give back to the community?
Community work is very important to me. To that end, I serve on the board of the Nassau County Red Cross where I chair their Audit Committee. In addition, I am a member and former President of the Institute of Management Accountants, a group dedicated to education and the development of best ethical and business practices in management accounting.
