1. What do you love about your job and why?
I love the challenge and excitement of leading people. I derive deep satisfaction from setting direction and driving results through my 150+ person team. But more importantly, it feels great to know that through my job, I enable people to buy homes, pay college tuition and support their families.
2. What are your business goals over the next five years?
To date, I have largely been in individual contributor roles in my career, either in an advisory capacity or as a principal. However, a little over two years ago I transitioned into a broader leadership role which draws on a diverse set of skills. I have found this new challenge exhilarating and deeply rewarding. To that end, over the next five years I look to continue to develop the skills necessary to lead bigger and bigger organizations and be responsible for driving more meaningful change.
3. How do you give back to the community?
Formally, I am a board member of Westhab, Inc. and The Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Hudson Valley. My board service to these organizations is both rewarding and challenging. Informally, I dedicate my time and resources to the Harlem Junior Tennis and Education Program, where my siblings and I learned the game of tennis.
