1. What do you love about your job and why?
In this, the modern day era of hospitality, it is important to remember that there is no substitute for the timeless qualities of good food and great service. What I love most about what I do is the never-ending challenge of meeting and exceeding every expectation of all of our guests no matter what aspect of our restaurant they chose to enjoy during their visit. Their inspiration is truly what I love the most.

2. What are your business goals over the next five years?
For those of you who do not know this, my restaurants have numerical names. We have Two Steak & Sushi Den in New Hyde Park and Four Food Studio in Melville. My goal is to expand the branding of our restaurant group in “numbers” as well as diversification. Food tastes have evolved and changed and, with this, I hope to offer a variety of culinary concepts with the intent of expansion into the boroughs and beyond.

3. How do you give back to the community?
The only true way to define oneself as a “good neighbor” is by understanding the needs and concerns all of us share on a daily basis. Through a variety of fundraisers and charitable events as well as a responsible donations program, we continue to offer hope to those in need. Ours is called the hospitality industry, which prides itself in being accommodating, cordial and generous, all attributes our community deserves to share in.
