1. What do you love about your job and why?
I love that my job gives me the opportunity to work with diverse clients who have unique needs. Because every client and case is different, I am constantly challenged, which enables me to grow professionally.

2. What are your business goals over the next five years?
Because I live in Forest Hills with my husband and daughter, I feel very connected to Queens and would like to incorporate it more closely into my professional life. I would like to work directly with small businesses and employers in New York City and in Queens in particular. Specifically, I want to counsel employers on employment issues, such as wage and hour compliance, human resources issues and the development of anti-harassment and discrimination policies.

3. How do you give back to the community?
I give back to my community by volunteering for various pro bono projects that help not-for-profit agencies. I assist organizations that provide education, nutrition and health services to children and the elderly. Over the past year, I did this for organizations in Queens, Manhattan and Staten Island. I also serve on the Flushing Town Hall Board of Directors, which promotes music and the arts in Queens.
