Cell phone thief wanted

The NYPD is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in regards to the theft of a cell phone on the “E” train.
Cops say that on February 27, as the northbound “E” train pulled into the station at the Van Wyck Expressway and Queens Boulevard, the suspect grabbed the victim’s cell phone from his hand and fled onto the platform and then fled the station.
The perp was caught on a Transit Surveillance camera. He is described as a male black, 15-18 years of age, approximately 5′ 11″ tall. He was wearing a black bubble coat and blue jeans.
