Devon Michael O’Connor is a fourth generation resident of Whitestone, Queens. As a local community activist he is the Founder and President of Welcome to Whitestone Commercial and Residential Civic Association, which is  a non-profit that promotes and produces family fun events to benefit the local community. Devon is also owner of a children’s birthday party center called Dabby’s.
