Warren Schreiber is entering his fifth year as president of the Bay Terrace Community Alliance, Inc. – a civic organization representing almost 5,000 households.  The community organizer, who considers himself socially progressive and fiscally conservative, is involved with a number of other organizations and projects in Queens.  He is the co-president of the Presidents Co-op & Condo Council, an advocacy group representing more than 55 Queens co-ops and condos with a population of almost 100,000 people, president of the Bay Terrace Cooperative Section I, Inc., a 200 unit co-op in northeast Queens and a member of Community Board 7.
