A survey of the 2 bedroom / 2 bath LIC rental market reveals the following broad strokes: Median PPSF = $42; Median SF = 1,154 ft²; and Median Price Point = $4,100.
This makes this 1,293-square-foot rental a bargain at $34 per-square-foot and a price point of $3,600. The next biggest LIC 2 bedroom rental apartment is only slightly bigger at 1,300 square feet, but far pricier at $4,433 or $40 per-square-foot. By any pencil, #4C at the Fusion is a value play.
But the devil is in the details, so what about them? What about the fixtures, the amenities and the other things that make a house a home?
