I know that a lot of small business owners think social media can take away from your usual business tasks and it’s definitely something most small business owners don’t have a lot of time for, but managing your social media and keeping it up to date is a necessity for better business. For those of you who are time strapped like me, there are a number of different social media platforms out there that can help you manager your data. I recently came across a great one; it’s called Hootsuite and it comes to us by way of our friends in Canada.
It has a number of great features built in specifically for businesses. One that stood out the most to me was its users and team work flow settings. This setting allows an organization with more than one contributor to manage postings across various social networking accounts. The statistics tracking features are also very easy to use and a great way to actually keep track of your campaigns and monitor your growth.
There are a lot more features I could go on and on about but it’s one of those things that you’ll have to check out yourself. The functionality is great and its programs like these that make social media a lot easier to integrate into the business realm.
