BACKGROUND:
The Queens Borough President Forum is the third in a series of seven City Council and Borough President Candidate Forums as part of Food Bank’s 2013 Candidate Forum Series on Hunger and Poverty. These events, hosted by local food pantries and soup kitchens, will run through late August and be held in each of the five boroughs. DNAinfo New York — a leading source of community news across the five boroughs — is the media partner for the Candidate Forum series and will moderate throughout the series.
