Good Friday Liturgy

The Good Friday Liturgy, a solemn service, is the second service of the triduum. The service consists of three parts: the Liturgy of the Word, Adoration of the Cross, and Holy Communion that was consecrated at the service on Maundy Thursday. The dismissal is omitted and the priest and people depart in silence.
