Special Saturday Program at SelfHelp BR–PS Senior Center
ONGOING ALTERNATE SATURDAYS
A special Saturday program (every other Saturday) started Jan. 12, 2013 especially for those with South Asian backgrounds at Selfhelp Innovative Senior Center (Benjamin Rosenthal–Prince Street Senior Center), 45-25 Kissena Blvd., Flushing, NY 11355. Come join other Center members for a Vegetarian Indian-style Lunch and an exciting day of activities including Basic English, Indian Movies, Health Education, Indian Yoga, Basic Computer Classes, Games, Kinect Bowling, Tai Chi, Yuan Ji Dancing, Breathing Yoga, Ping-Pong, and Karaoke, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Special Field Trips, ongoing Case Assistance, and much more add to our menu of regularly scheduled weeklong programs.
