Free Yoga-Fit Classes

Free Yoga-Fit Classes will be conducted by Susan Blayer on Fridays at 11 AM and Sundays at 1 PM starting July 20. Yoga-fit is basic yoga combined with fitness exercises, and learned to combine breath with movement---appropriate for all ages, with doctor's approval.
