Long Island City‘s real estate continues to be on fire, as the neighborhood’s largest luxury rental building has become fully leased.
“We knew this would be a sought-after location and leasing activity was brisk from the day it started, but renting up the building this quickly surpassed even our expectations,” said Sofia Estevez, executive vice president of TF Cornerstone Inc. “This is a testament to the high demand for Long Island City as the area continues to grow and offer more and more for residents.”
The building offers a seventh floor 50,000-square-foot landscaped amenity deck with a volleyball court with real sand beach, two tennis courts, a reflecting pool and a sun deck with barbecue grills, lounge chairs and benches. Residents will also be able to use a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor parking garage, children’s play room, shuttle bus service and more.
“We are thrilled to welcome these new residents and to see them discover new things about the area every day,” said Estevez. “Residents will not only take advantage of the property’s amenities, but can also enjoy some of the city’s finest restaurants and nightlife.”
TF Cornerstone is set to open a new building on the Long Island City waterfront in the spring, located at 4610 Center Blvd. This building has become known for its modern design that curves around the neighborhood’s iconic Pepsi Cola sign.
