A two-car crash in Flushing left one driver dead. The driver of the second vehicle was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

A man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after he struck another car, killing a 56-year-old woman in Flushing Tuesday afternoon, police said.

Anthony Zupnick, 24, was traveling westbound on 33rd Avenue in a 2003 BMW about 2:40 p.m. when he crashed into a 2012 Nissan near 172nd Street, according to the NYPD.

The Nissan’s driver, identified as Annamarie Tromp, was taken to New York Hospital Queens where she was pronounced dead, police said.
