A Holocaust survivor claims in a federal lawsuit he was punched in the face by an NYPD cop after he was pulled over for blowing a red light in Queens. Miklos Muller, 77, was allegedly clocked by plainclothes Officer James McNellis at 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 15, 2011, after he was stopped on the Long Island Expressway near Queens Boulevard. Queens man charged with killing his parents execution-style in robbery
The son of a Queens couple killed execution-style during a staged robbery has been charged with murder nearly six months after the horrific incident, authorities said.
