Bank robber sought

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection with a bank robbery that occurred on March 9 in the Flushing Savings Bank at 31-16 30th Avenue.
The perp entered the location, passed a note to a teller demanding money, received an unknown amount of cash, and fled the location on foot. The suspect is described by police as a male white, 45-50 years old, 6’0″, 180-200 pounds, with brown hair. He is clean shaven and was wearing a green knitted hat, blue jacket, gold-rim glasses, and was carrying a backpack.
