Astoria holiday party

The 114th Precinct Community Council held a holiday party for the Astoria community on the morning of Saturday, December 6.
Over 100 children were part of the event, held at Astoria World Manor, at 25-22 Astoria Boulevard. They danced, played games and were entertained by a magician who did tricks for them. The children also enjoyed a visit by Santa Claus.
Councilmember Peter Vallone, who represents Astoria, also attended the holiday party. “It was great - it was a lot of kids having fun,” said Andrew Moesel, spokesperson for Vallone.
